Due to significant organisational growth, we are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join the team as the Allied Health Operations Manager and help further lead the organisation's success and growth.
Key duties but not limited to:
- Oversight of service delivery across all departments
- Monitoring performance and coordinating change where needed
- Building and maintaining external stakeholder relationships
- Developing and maintaining systems, policies and procedures
- Play a vital role in the growth of services across multiple states
- Attract and retrain a team of high-quality clinicians
- Conduct performance reviews, mentoring and marketing strategies

Key Selection Criteria - Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
- AHPRA registration - no limitations
- Postgraduate experience across relevant sectors
- Experience leading teams (discipline specific or multidisciplinary)
- Strong commitment to leading a positive team culture
- Ability to work collaboratively and autonomously
- Passionate about implementing growth strategies
- Excellent interpersonal skills
