About the Role
  • Deliver evidence-based behaviour support services to individuals with disabilities and complex needs
  • Develop and implement interim and comprehensive behaviour support plans
  • Complete functional assessments and monitor interventions for effectiveness
  • Work independently while being supported by a collaborative multidisciplinary team
  • Build strong relationships with families, carers, and support coordinators
  • Ensure all practices align with NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission standards

Key Selection Criteria
  • Registration with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission (Core, Proficient, Advanced or Specialist level)
  • Demonstrated experience in behaviour support for individuals with complex needs
  • Strong report writing and communication skills
  • Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Current driver’s licence and access to a registered vehicle
  • A genuine passion for helping clients reach their full potential
