About the Role - Deliver evidence-based behaviour support services to individuals with disabilities and complex needs
- Develop and implement interim and comprehensive behaviour support plans
- Complete functional assessments and monitor interventions for effectiveness
- Work independently while being supported by a collaborative multidisciplinary team
- Build strong relationships with families, carers, and support coordinators
- Ensure all practices align with NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission standards

Key Selection Criteria - Registration with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission (Core, Proficient, Advanced or Specialist level)
- Demonstrated experience in behaviour support for individuals with complex needs
- Strong report writing and communication skills
- Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Current driver’s licence and access to a registered vehicle
- A genuine passion for helping clients reach their full potential
