About the role
Oversees the delivery of high-quality care services to all residents at the designated facility, ensuring that care is based on comprehensive clinical assessments that enhance residents' lifestyles, optimise funding, and meet Accreditation Standards. Provides leadership and direction to the Clinical and Care team (including registered nurses, enrolled nurses, and care staff) and coordinates the delivery of care and services to residents, with particular emphasis on those requiring specialised or advanced nursing care.

About you - Relevant tertiary qualification in Nursing
- Full registration with AHPRA – Registered Nurse
- 3+ years of experience as a Clinical Nurse (or equivalent)
- Demonstrated postgraduate experience within any field
- Current National Police Clearance
- Current drivers license
- Current and up to date relevant compliances
