- $29.60-$34.22 hourly rate + super

They are a tight-knit, supportive & collaborative organisation who pride themselves on client care & ensuring that is provided to a maximum.
Key responsibilities - Provide bookkeeping support services & clerical duties in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within the business.
- Ensure coding, recording, posting and processing day-to-day transactions in accounts receivable, payable and payroll is up to a high standard.
- Provide office support services & overall general admin duties.
- Support the general manager & other staff members as requested.
- Provide exceptional customer service and meet or exceed customer needs and expectations.
Key selection criteria - Certificate IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping.
- Certificate in Office Administration.
- 2/3+ years experience in bookkeeping & admin - ideally in a healthcare setting.
- The ability to use Microsoft Word, Access, Excel, Publisher, Outlook, and MYOB confidently.
- An understanding & knowledge of NDIS.
