About the Organisation & Position 
Locally operated and owned, this organisation has a proud history of supporting clients with various diagnoses, disabilities and complex mental health needs across the Perth region and surrounding suburbs. Providing person-centred care, assisting clients to maximise their quality of life, the team collaborate to achieve a holistic and a multidisciplinary approach to therapy assessments and services. 

As a Graduate Occupational Therapist within the team, you will have the opportunity to join a team of like-minded experienced therapists and other graduate clinicians. Throughout your first few months you will have a gradual ease into your caseload and partake in a thorough induction and onboarding process. 

Your responsibilities will include the following: 
  • Providing assessment, prescription and intervention for a range of clients - option for a diverse or paediatric specific caseload
  • Delivering evidence-based information and education to families
  • Collaborating as part of a multidisciplinary team provided patient-centered therapy to achieve client goals 
  • Therapy services will be carried out in the clinic and clients preferred environment - homes or schools 
  • Areas of service may include; home modifications, assistive technology, mental health, various disabilities and diagnoses

What We Need From You 
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy 
  • Current AHPRA registration or ability to obtain in 2025
  • Current National Police Clearance & Full Drivers Licence
  • Current Working with Children Check or ability to obtain
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check or ability to obtain
  • Experience working within the disability sector - desired 
  • Student placement in the disability or paediatric sector - desired
