About the role
The role involves collaborating with other Home Care Managers to develop a framework that ensures high-quality service delivery for the organisation's clients and their families. Key responsibilities include ensuring Home Care processes are followed, meeting strategic goals for the Home and Community Care unit and ensuring the Home Care Package program operates within budget and adheres to relevant guidelines.

About you - 3+ years of experience in management roles
- In-depth knowledge of Home Care Package funding
- Strong understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards
- Outstanding leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
