About the role

Due to an internal promotion our client are looking for a Senior Healthcare Professional to join them as the Manager of Mental Health & Disability. You will be leading a team of healthcare professionals delivering vital care to those effected by Mental Health issues and Disability out in the community and in their residential facilities as well as through the other services our client provides.

As well as leading the team, you will be tasked with achieving accreditations, making sure the care provided is in-line with the national standards, working in-line with company budgets, always looking for new ways to improve the services provided, all while being supported by the Head of Mental Health & Disability.

About you

• Experience in a similar role
• Relevant tertiary qualification/s
• Must be experienced in NDIS funding mechanisms
• Must have experience in the Mental Health sector
• Demonstrated ability to operationalise strategic direction by developing and implementing plans, policies and services that support operational objectives
• Current National Police Clearance 
• Current drivers license 
• Current and up to date relevant compliances
