Key responsibilities - Oversee a team delivering non-clinical Mental Health Recovery Services for individuals aged 18-65 with severe & persistent mental health conditions.
- Manage & be responsible for recovery services across three residential facilities, Psychosocial NDIS services, community in-reach programs & a Family/Carer program.
- Ensure that both you and your team adhere to guidelines & policies across funding streams (Mental Health, NDIS, LARU etc.).
- Provide effective management, leadership & supervision to staff members.
- Ensure compliance requirements are effectively managed and are up to date.

Key selection criteria - Relevant tertiary qualifications in Community Services, Allied Health, Nursing or strong industry experience.
- 4+ years experience working within Mental Health or Community Services.
- Demonstrated experience in managing & leading teams & services.
- Strong knowledge & understanding of Mental Health Services/LARU/NDIS practice standards, quality indicators and national standards.
- Strong background in recovery-oriented and person-centered practices.
