Key responsibilities
  • Oversee a team delivering non-clinical Mental Health Recovery Services for individuals aged 18-65 with severe & persistent mental health conditions. 
  • Manage & be responsible for recovery services across three residential facilities, Psychosocial NDIS services, community in-reach programs & a Family/Carer program. 
  • Ensure that both you and your team adhere to guidelines & policies across funding streams (Mental Health, NDIS, LARU etc.). 
  • Provide effective management, leadership & supervision to staff members. 
  • Ensure compliance requirements are effectively managed and are up to date.

Key selection criteria 
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Community Services, Allied Health, Nursing or strong industry experience. 
  • 4+ years experience working within Mental Health or Community Services. 
  • Demonstrated experience in managing & leading teams & services. 
  • Strong knowledge & understanding of Mental Health Services/LARU/NDIS practice standards, quality indicators and national standards. 
  • Strong background in recovery-oriented and person-centered practices.
