About the Organisation & Position

Owned and operated by experienced Allied Health Clinicians who genuinely understand the ins and outs of your week as a therapist, you'll experience genuine support and dedicated clinical progression. As part of this multidisciplinary team, you will collaborate together to achieve client goals in the clinic and clients preferred environment.
Working alongside this highly experienced allied health team, you will deliver evidence-based therapy services and assessments to a range of NDIS participants and private clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver evidence-based therapy services & assessments to support goals & needs - generalist or age range specific caseload on offer
- Work with clients in a diverse range of settings - within the clinic, via telehealth and their preferred environment
- Assessing clients needs and implementing therapy strategies to achieve client goals and independence
- Areas of therapy could also include; minor home modifications, FCAs, adaptive equipment and technology recommendations
- Work collaboratively within the multidisciplinary team to provide client-centered approach to services
- Partake in regular team educational workshops
Key Selection Criteria
- Relevant Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
- AHPRA registration - no limitations
- Working with Children Check
- National Police Clearance
- Current and clean drivers license
- Experience working within the community & with complex adult clients
- Or experience working with early intervention & paediatric clients
- Ability work within a team and autonomously
- Dedication to achieving client and family-focused outcomes
