About the Organisation & Position

Providing evidence-based and holistic care to clients across the lifespan with various needs and conditions. As an Occupational Therapist in the team, your key duties will include the following:
- Providing assessments and intervention for clients across the lifespan
- Option to specialise in areas of interest to you; mental health, early intervention, assistive technology, etc.
- Delivering therapy sessions in 1:1 or group settings
- Developing therapy programs to improve client’s independence & sensory requirements
- Building & maintaining relationships with key stakeholders
- Work within a multidisciplinary team to provide client-focused care
- Timely documentation & report writing of the highest standards
Benefits - Base salary up to $120,000 + salary packaging of $18,600

What We Need From You
- Relevant Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
- AHPRA registration – no limitations
- Experience working in the disability sector
- Experience managing a diverse caseload and complex conditions
- Strong commitment to providing client-focused therapy services
- A passion for assisting clients & families to reach their full potential
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and autonomously
