About the Organisation & Position
A therapy service provider dedicated to enhancing the quality of life and empowering clients across the lifespan, local to the Kalgoorlie and the Goldfields Region. Offering a comprehensive range of therapy services and assessments to clients, through home visits, schools visits or in-clinic.
Work as part of a passionate, experienced and driven team, with a diverse range of clients. As an Occupational Therapist within the team, you will with provide therapy and assessments to clients predominately in the NDIS space.
- Provide personalised therapy plans, ongoing therapy and support
- Carry out Functional Capacity & SIL Assessments, Equipment Prescription, Home Modification Assessments, etc.
- NDIS plan implementation assistance
- Work with clients and families to identify treatment goals
- Regularly evaluate progress and outcomes, using relevant measures
- Work as part of a team and independently
- Participate in regular ongoing supervision and mentoring

Essential Criteria
- Bachelor or Masters of Occupational Therapy
- Current AHPRA registration - no limitations
- Current Working with Children Check & NDIS Worker Screen Check
- Current National Police Clearance & Drivers License
- Min. 2 years experience working within the NDIS/Disability Sector
- Client and family-centered approach to therapy
- A passion for empowering the lives of clients & families
- A passion for educating and supporting junior clinicians
