Due to an exciting period of growth, we are currently looking to bring on another Team Lead who will specialise in early intervention and paediatric care.
  
Your responsibilities will include:
  • Mentor and support a small team of junior clinicians to reach their full potential
  • Provide guidance & assistance to therapists in your area of practice
  • Prepare any staff supervision and training
  • Organise and facilitate team meetings to discuss goals, progress, and strategies
  • Monitor and manage key performance indicators
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Manage your independent caseload to keep you current with the latest clinical practices
  • Participate in group supervision and professional development activities with the team
  • Review and provide feedback on reports and documentation
This role will offer:
  • Fantastic earning potential $95,000 – 100,000 + super

Essential Requirements:
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
  • AHPRA Registration
  • Current National Police Clearance
  • NDIS and WWCC
  • Proven experience working with early invention & paediatric clients
  • Experience and commitment to working with a family-centred approach
  • Experience or desire to mentor and support junior clinicians
  • Experience of a minimum of 3-4 years
