Due to an exciting period of growth, we are currently looking to bring on another Team Lead who will specialise in early intervention and paediatric care.
Your responsibilities will include: - Mentor and support a small team of junior clinicians to reach their full potential
- Provide guidance & assistance to therapists in your area of practice
- Prepare any staff supervision and training
- Organise and facilitate team meetings to discuss goals, progress, and strategies
- Monitor and manage key performance indicators
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Manage your independent caseload to keep you current with the latest clinical practices
- Participate in group supervision and professional development activities with the team
- Review and provide feedback on reports and documentation
This role will offer: - Fantastic earning potential $95,000 – 100,000 + super

Essential Requirements: - Relevant tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
- AHPRA Registration
- Current National Police Clearance
- NDIS and WWCC
- Proven experience working with early invention & paediatric clients
- Experience and commitment to working with a family-centred approach
- Experience or desire to mentor and support junior clinicians
- Experience of a minimum of 3-4 years
