About the Organisation and Role:

In this role, you’ll oversee a small team of junior clinicians, guiding their growth through supervision, training, and leadership, while also managing a paediatric caseload with a focus on early intervention, autism spectrum disorder, non-verbal communication, speech and language development, literacy, fluency, neurodiversity, and sensory processing.

Key selection criteria: - Qualification in Speech Pathology
- Current SPA registration
- WWCC and NDIS
- National Police Clearance
- A passion for empowering the lives of children with disability
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Current and clean full drivers license
