About the Company: This is a privately owned civil and construction company who specialise in bulk earthworks and ground engineering technologies across Melbourne and the surrounding areas.
About the Role: We are seeking a Piling Supervisor to overseas a number of piling and ground engineering projects across Melbourne. You will work across multiple projects simultaneously that cover bulk earthworks, CFA, shoring and anchoring works.
About the Duties: - Pre-site meetings
- Liaising with client and Engineer
- Prepare site for set up
- Allocation of Plant and Labour
- Supervision of the piling crew
- Implementation of OH&S records
- Keeping of accurate site records.
About the Requirements: - A proven background within the piling and ground engineering sector.
- Knowledge of various piling techniques
- You must have the ability to drive sites forward
- Ability to motivate and manage the piling crews
- Strong leadership skills
- Good work ethic
- Good communication skills are essential.
- Excellent OH&S record
