About the Role: Our client is seeking Piling Supervisors to work on major piling projects in Qld and NSW with most of the work being carried out on a FIFO basis. Projects will include CFA, Bored, Diaphragm walls, Ground improvements and Marine piling.
About the Duties: - Management of site activities
- Ensuring the successful delivery of projects
- Reporting to the Project Manager
- You will be responsible for resourcing of materials, plant &equipment
- Management of piling crews
- Progressing the project forward
- Attending site meetings
- Conduct Toolbox talks
- Implementing QA/QC
- Client and contractor liaison
- Adapting to changes in the work programme
About the Requirements: - You will have a solid understanding of the piling sector
- A solid understanding of various piling techniques
- Have the ability to work on a FIFO basis
- A proven track record of delivering similar projects
- Be able to manage the piling crews
- Be capable of motivating the work crews
- Possess strong leadership skills
- Have the ability to think on your feet and problem-solve
- Have a good work ethic
- Demonstrate good communication skills.
- Play a part in training and mentoring new staff
- Strong OH&S awareness is also vital.
