About the Organisation & Position on Offer
Operating for over 20 years, this organisation are a registered not for profit therapy service provider who provide a range of primary care, allied health and mental health services aimed at improving the health & well-being of the regions communities. Delivered from both government and Medicare-funded services. You will work as part of a skilled multi-disciplinary team responsible for providing high-quality and culturally appropriate services to a diverse range of clients.
- Provide education, prevention, diagnosis, assessment & treatment.
- Treatment of diseases that complicate the health of the feet & lower extremities.
- Management of nail & skin pathologies including; ingrown nail treatment & surgery.
- Provide wound management.
- Provide assessments & facilitate education to clients regarding the diabetic foot, peripheral vascular, neuropathic disease & more.
- Conduct biomechanical assessments (including Plantar Fasciitis and Heel Pain).
- Falls prevention.
- Conduct footwear review and advice.
- Provide general day to day podiatry advice for a case load consisting of mainly adults, with a small number of paediatric clients.
- Provide outreach services within the region as required.

What We Need From You:
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Podiatry.
- Full registration with AHPRA as a Podiatrist.
- New graduates with relevant placement experience will be considered.
- Current National Police Clearance.
- Current WWCC.
- Current and clean drivers license.
- Enthusiastic personality & willingness to learn new things. High level of interpersonal & communication skills.
