Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the ongoing development of the physical and sexual health stream for young people aged between 12-25 years.
- 1:1 health education around issues relevant to young people including sexual health, substance use, body image, nutrition, exercise, immunisations, general health, and wellbeing.
- Promoting health and wellbeing in the community and within secondary schools.
- Work within the multidisciplinary team to support the physical & mental health needs of young people and their families and friends.
- Perform youth health assessments and screening, escalate concerns to internal and external services and parents, caregivers, or guardians as appropriate.

About you
- Current Registration as Registered Nurse with AHPRA
- Demonstrated experience in delivering mental health services to clients of varying backgrounds
- Current National Police Clearance
- Current drivers license
- Current and up to date relevant compliances
