About the organisation 

This organisation is a highly respected, fast growing NDIS & Allied health service provider. They pride themselves on providing a high level service to people of all ages & abilities. They aim to improve peoples independence and quality of life through evidence-based therapy. They are currently looking a Registered Psychologist to join their growing multidisciplinary therapy team in Sydney.


Key responsibilities
  • Identify and implement intervention approaches and strategies that are evidence based, holistic, client-centred and outcome driven.
  • Utilise & provide a range of assessment tools & techniques. 
  • Plan, deliver & evaluate a range of psychology services which build on strengths, needs & priorities & meet quality service standards.
  • Support clients & other stakeholders to develop & review support plans.
  • Advocate for clients, their carers and families to enable choice and decision making that supports independence and quality of life.
  • Exhibits & shows an understanding of inclusion & cultural sensitives.

Skills and Experience 
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in psychology
  • Full registration with AHPRA as a General or Clinical Psychologist 
  • NDIS Workers Disability Check and/or Working with Children Check
  • National police check, WWCC, and a drivers’ license essential
  • Postgraduate experience working with children, adolescents & adults with a disability - desirable 
  • Drivers licence & access to a reliable vehicle 
  • Well developed assessment & therapeutic skills
