About the role
As a Registered Nurse, you will be delivering skilled nursing, clinical, personal and end-of-life care for residents according to care plans whilst also delivering nursing leadership & knowledge to all the members of the multi-disciplinary team while following their renowned model of care.

About you
- Experience working in Aged, Health or Community care
- Full registration with AHPRA - Registered Nurse
- Demonstrated postgraduate experience
- Current National Police Clearance
- Current drivers license
- Current and up to date relevant compliances
