Key Responsibilities 
  • Provide clinical supervision and support to other team members 
  • Provide positive behaviour support assessments & plans 
  • Deliver evidence-based interventions & assessments, behavioural counselling & support to a range of clients 
  • Provide functional, behavioural, psychometric & vocational assessments 
  • Achieve client defined clinical outcomes such as reducing challenging behaviour & improving quality of life
Key Selection Criteria 
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology or Developmental Education 
  • Full registration with the relevant membership body (AHPRA, SPA, DEAI or AASW) 
  • Assessed by NDIS or self-assessed as a PBS practitioner (Proficient)
  • Demonstrated experience in providing Positive Behaviour Support to clients & a sound knowledge of the NDIS 
  • Experience in providing supervision, training & guidance to other practitioners
