About the Role This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge, large-scale data center projects, collaborating with blue-chip clients.
You will be part of a multidisciplinary delivery team, directly engaging with clients on projects that shape cities and redefine the world today.
In this client-facing role, you will be managing front-end tendering and pricing, overseeing live project change orders and contract issues, and handling the settlement of final accounts and claims.
This position offers the opportunity to work on massive, state-of-the-art builds alongside a highly experienced leadership team.

What You Will Need to Succeed - Strong contract experience – both pre- and post-contract
- A relevant construction degree (Quantity Surveying/Construction Management)
- A minimum of 6-8 years' of industry experience, ideally in a cost consultancy
- Proven experience in large-scale construction projects
