About the role
You will be working with a multidisciplinary delivery team and directly operating in a client-facing role on large-scale, city-shaping, and cutting-edge projects. In the role you will be an integral cog from front-end tender/pricing, overseeing live project change orders and contract issues and in the settlement of final accounts/claims. The role will allow you to work on mega large-scale builds with a highly experienced leadership team, on offer will be a strong package in line with your experience and full hybrid working on offer with days split between home/office/on-site.
What you will need to succeed in this role
- Strong contract experience - Pre & post contract
- Construction degree - Quantity Surveying / Construction Management
- Minimum of 5 years of industry experience, preferably in a cost consultancy
- Large-scale construction project experience.
