About the Organisation & Position

Providing evidence-based and holistic care to clients across the lifespan with various needs and conditions. As a Speech Pathologist in the team, your key duties will include the following:
  • Planning & providing intervention for clients across the lifespan 
  • Prescribing & implementing assistive technology where appropriate
  • Managing a diverse caseload in the areas of; swallowing, communication, social skills, literacy, etc. 
  • Delivering therapy sessions 1:1 and in groups in various settings 
  • Building & maintaining relationships with key stakeholders
  • Work within a multidisciplinary team to provide client-focused care
  • Timely documentation & report writing of the highest standards

Essential Criteria
  • Relevant Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
  • Speech Pathology Australia Registration 
  • Experience working within the disability sector & NDIS Framework
  • Experience working with clients presenting a range of conditions 
  • Strong commitment to providing client-focused therapy services
  • A passion for assisting clients & families to reach their full potential
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and autonomously
