About the Organisation & Position on Offer

Work alongside a highly experienced team of clinicians, working predominately with early intervention clients within the clinic and the child's preferred environment. Always working with the goal to empower children and their families to achieve their greatest potential.
  • You will support a family-centered & practice model, ensuring collaborative working. 
  • Providing a range of therapy services: short-term intervention & long-term supports.
  • Providing education to parents and teachers where needed. 
  • Assisting with assistive technology recommendations where needed. 
  • Managing a reduced caseload, allowing time for supervision & mentoring.
  • Participating in clinical team meetings and educational workshops.

What We Need From You:      
  • Relevant qualification in Speech Pathology / Speech Therapy. 
  • Registration with Speech Pathology Australia. 
  • Eligibility to apply for Medicare Provider Number. 
  • Experience working within the paediatric sector, including areas of; paediatric feeding, swallowing dysfunction or willingness to up-skill. 
  • Experience providing education to parents and teachers. 
  • Current Working with Children's Check. 
  • Current and clean drivers license. 
  • Excellent communication skills & fantastic time management.
