About the Organisation & Position
This organisation is a highly respected and established Allied Health service provider, local to Adelaide. Specialising in providing various therapy services and assessment to clients across the lifespan. Providing services to clients living with complex conditions, physical disabilities and mental health needs.
This team of clinicians share a wealth of experience across formal education and extensive training, they are committed to person-centred, neuro-affirming and evidence-based approach to collaborative therapy. The organisation are driven by their mission to elevate access to quality healthcare.
Due to an exciting period of growth, we're now seeking an additional Occupational Therapist to join this dynamic team in a team lead capacity.
Key Duties:
- Support a client-centered and evidence-based practice model
- Provide collaborative approach to therapy across disciplines
- Play a key role in review and implementation of clinical protocols
- Providing training and supervision to Occupational Therapists
- Assisting with the future development of the OT Team
- Reduced caseload to maximise time for leadership duties
- Managing a tailored caseload in areas of interest/expertise; FCAs, Home Modifications, Assistive Technology, Stroke Rehabilitation, Paediatrics, Neurological Conditions, Brain Injuries or Mental Health

What We Need From You:
- Relevant qualification in Occupational Therapy
- AHPRA registration - no limitations
- Experience providing support and mentoring junior clinicians
- Experience working within the NDIS & disability sector
- Proven experience working with clients presenting various needs
- Current Working with Children's Check
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current and clean drivers license
- Excellent communication skills & fantastic time management
