As they continue to grow they are seeking a passionate Team Leader Occupational Therapist to lead a team of 5 junior therapists while managing a small caseload. This is an opportunity to be part of a truly supportive and innovative organisation that prioritises both its clients and staff.
In this leadership role, you will provide mentorship and guidance to your team while delivering high-quality therapy services across various community settings. You will be responsible for conducting assessments, prescribing interventions and implementing therapy plans while collaborating with families and stakeholders to support client goals. Providing education and ongoing support to families where needed, you will also monitor client progress, adjust treatment plans accordingly and ensure best practices are maintained.

Essential Requirements: - Relevant tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
- AHPRA Registration
- Current National Police Clearance + Clean drivers licence
- NDIS and WWCC
- Experience working in the disability sector & community settings
- Experience working with various disabilities across the lifespan
- 5 + years of experience preferred
