Key Responsibilities: - Establish and grow a team of talented clinicians, fostering collaboration and excellence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring trust and ongoing partnerships.
- Maintain your own caseload to stay at the forefront of clinical best practices and methodologies.
- Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic, client-centered solutions.
- Outlined career progression to a Leadership role.

- Inspire and mentor junior clinicians to reach their full potential, creating a lasting legacy of excellence.
- Review and provide constructive feedback on reports and documentation to ensure the highest standards are met.

Essential Requirements: - Relevant tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
- SPA Registration
- Current National Police Clearance
- NDIS and WWCC
- Experience and commitment to working with a family-centred approach
- Experience or desire to mentor and support junior clinicians
- Experience of a minimum of 3/4 years
