Due to an exciting period of growth, we are currently looking to bring on a Senior Speech Pathologist with expertise in supporting children and adolescents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and grow a team of talented clinicians, fostering collaboration and excellence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring trust and ongoing partnerships.
  • Maintain your own caseload to stay at the forefront of clinical best practices and methodologies.
  • Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic, client-centered solutions.
  • Outlined career progression to a Leadership role. 
As you grow in the role, you will also:
  • Develop and guide your team through comprehensive training and supervision.
  • Inspire and mentor junior clinicians to reach their full potential, creating a lasting legacy of excellence.
  • Review and provide constructive feedback on reports and documentation to ensure the highest standards are met.
  • Shape a culture of success and innovation within your team, making a meaningful difference in the lives of your clients.
This role will offer:
  • Fantastic earning potential $100,000 – $125,000 + super

Essential Requirements:
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
  • SPA Registration
  • Current National Police Clearance
  • NDIS and WWCC
  • Experience and commitment to working with a family-centred approach
  • Experience or desire to mentor and support junior clinicians
  • Experience of a minimum of 3/4 years
